Baited wife into the agreement. Got her to state that no way I can shed that many lbs so I said I want a new car if I manage to shed it.

August 28, 2014 2:50 PM - MontroseMorris
It appealed to the pearls and sweater-set crowd, and was a perfect place to take Gramma when she came into town and you didn't want to scare her with "real" NYC. I don't know what I was doing there, but my doctor's office was nearby, at the time, and I noticed they had fresh baked pies when I walked by. What more does one need? The food was great, and I ended up taking friends who also loved it. You would have liked it, it looked like your Bucks house inside, with a real working fireplace and hearth.

that's around 1 block east. that block also looks very nice. I don't believe that's 1200 sq ft unit though. mine is a little over 1200 and it looks bigger by a decent amount so I would guess it's around 1000

endoscopy as far as I know is just a diagnostic. You are sedated for it. Go down your throat and esophagus to stomach looking for what ails you. Reverse of colonoscopy

DIBS;

This comment of yours from "over there" in the Strong Place thread is a head slapper:

" it’s too bad more construction cannot look like this."

Er, those places are going for $4.5M. I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that that is way over most developers' budget.
Edited at August 28, 2014 7:33 PM
August 28, 2014 7:35 PM - dibs
For one thing, all new construction needn't be exactly like that, just "look like" it.

Secondly there are a lot of locations throughout Brooklyn where prices like that are the norm in what are otherwise somewhat craptastic looking buildings.
Edited at August 28, 2014 7:36 PM

Personally speaking, I find the exterior of those buildings to be a total bore. Context over-ruling any imagination.
