Thanks to everyone who so generously donated gifts for our Good Shepherd Services Holiday Toy Drive. As you can see from the picture, we got a great stash of items to donate. Julie Beck, Development Assistant at Good Shepherd Services, offers a hearty thanks to all those who generously donated this year. And, of course, Cobble and I thank you jackasses, too!

Don't forget, the 3rd Annual Holiday Party/Charity Bash goes down tomorrow from 6pm until we drop at Ocean's 8, located at 308 Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn (near the corner of 7th Avenue).
We are doing our traditional dollar store gift grab bag and collecting real gifts for the Good Shepherd Services Toy Drive.
QUICK - get to the nearest dollar store and buy one gift - the silliest, craziest, most useless thing you can get your hands on for a buck! - wrap it or put it in a small gift bag and bring it to the party! Our Goofy Gift Grab-bag is always a hoot!
Also, don't forget to purchase a gift (or more than one if you can!) for the Good Shepherd Services Toy Drive. PLEASE DO NOT WRAP THE CHARITY GIFTS! Leave them in their original packaging, but no wrapping. If you can put it in a gift bag that would be great. Also, if you purchase a gift that runs on batteries, please supply the batteries to go with the toy.

Ocean's 8 is located at 308 Flatbush Avenue. Take the B or Q train to the "7th Avenue" stop and use the exit that is marked "7th Ave and Flatbush." The main entrance to Ocean's 8 is right outside this stop. You can also take the 2/3 to either Bergen Street or Grand Army Plaza. For the bus riders, take the B67 or B69 to the corner of Flatbush Avenue and 7th Avenue, or the B41 to Flatbush Avenue and Park Place. (map - http://tinyurl.com/3vacg9s)
