This recipe looks delicious and I'm a big fan of pork tenderloin.

It's a recipe for a slow cooker (dh take note)but can be done in the oven easy enough.

In general, 1 hour of simmering on the range or baking at 350°F in the oven is equal to 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high in a slow cooker.

I'm making this now - read the comments on the website that there wasn't enough liquid for slow cooker and veggies ended up underdone and pork overdone so i'm cooking the potatoes/carrots for an hour on high in some chicken stock before adding the pork.

I need to use my slow cooker more.

One of the things I miss about working from home.

Smells great. Very cinnamony - opted not to use any honey
