Yes, yes, she's been staged. But what about the curb appeal? Interior colors? Kitchen fixtures? Any of it ring your bell?

The outside is as staged as the inside. I'm less and less a fan of grass yards. It makes sense in the rear where the kids might be tossing a baseball, but in the front it would be more appealing to have maybe some native grasses or wildflowers in a less formal arrangement. I'm very aware of water usage, and would like to see more outdoor areas landscaped in a way that would use less water.

Love the paint colors (when I moved in here, I painted the kitchen that color of blue that is in the craft room. It had been taxicab yellow like my LR - horrid). Really don't like all the large recessed lights. Don't think they need that much general lighting, and could have used smaller cans where needed. Also don't like the wood floor much - looks like cheap engineered flooring.

Snappy: thanks for posted all these houses - it's fun to look at them.

The main dormer is too large for any real appeal.

What's up with the small high windows to the left of the door? They don't look bad from the inside, but look all off form the front.

The kitchen/butlers pantry seem way too big for the house.

I think there are too many built-ins, reducing the ability of an owner to use their own furniture.

Overall, the proportions of the inside just seem off to me.

Yes, Snappy, these are fun. More, please.

I really like the utility shed. That was the best part of the property. The house is ok, and I get it's staged for sale, but it's pretty meh. No personality whatsoever. I would think that even in staging, one would want to give the impression that a family lived here in comfort, therefore a new owner could too. This doesn't do that. It's as impersonal as a hotel suite. I like grey as a wall color, I'm just not liking this place.

I agree the shed was cute and the best part of the property.

Proportions look off and it is soulless.

i like the color scheme, though would like to see less white. my biggest problem here is in the family room. some poor schmo didn't measure out properly for the french doors because the left one cannot be opened without banging into the built-in. poor, poor space planning and so obvious that it's extremely off-putting.
