One of my best friends is getting a divorce and has listed her townhouse. I wanted to put it up here just in case anyone was slightly tempted to have a look-see and possible make the jump to Jersey City:

Based on a drunken idea that I think Rob came up with at Montero, I have created a new private, members only forum called "The Booth."
The idea behind The Booth is that it is a place for things that too offensive to be placed on the public areas of the site.
I want to keep rules to a minimum, although things that will get the site shut down or get me in legal trouble are still off limits.
If you want to be a member, reply here or send me an e-mail with your username to email@example.com
Not sure what is causing this bug, but I'm looking into it.
OK, this has been talked about before, but I wanted a thread more focused on it.
The question is, what should out community standards be for public comments?
Clear prohibitions for me include:
- Non-pubic, personal information about others
- Pornographic Images
- Bestiality Images
Other areas that are more grey include:
- repeated and malicious personal attacks
- Racism and hate speech
Other thoughts or categories?
In the near future I am looking for ways to have private areas where some of the standards could be relaxed.
However, even in private areas there will need to be some sort of standards to meet legal requirements.
